What is an mp3?
A MP3 is a revolutionary
digital audio format delivered by digital download.
What is a MP3-CD?
A MP3-CD is a CD-R
disc with MP3 files of the audio hypnosis sessions on it (supplied in a
transparent cellophane CD folder).
What is an e-book?
An e-book stands for
electronic book. It is a book that you can download onto your computer and
read. They come in the following formats:
PDF - This format can be read
using Adobe's Acrobat Reader available FREE from www.adobe.com.
Windows e-book - This format needs to run or install on
your computer. It may also require you to be connected to the internet.
Needs no special reader or software.
DOC - This is Microsoft Word's
format. It can be opened by Word, WordPad and Notepad.
TXT - A simple
text file format. Use WordPad or Notepad or any simple text editor to
read.
SWF - These files require the MACROMEDIA FLASH Player to be
installed on your computer. You can download it FREE from www.macromedia.com.
How do I receive my products?
After
purchasing you will receive an automatic email containing your download
links for the products purchased.
On rare occassions the product
download email does not get through, please check your spam folder to
check if it is there. If you still do not receive your products please
email us with your name and paypal receipt number, and we will get the
products to you ASAP.
What Payment methods do you accept?
We
currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, through
PayPal cart system. You can select your choice of payment method in the
checkout process of ejunkie store.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes, all of our
products are avaiable on high quality digital audios on cd r format.
Shipping cost is added during checkout.
I've downloaded a 'Zip' file, what do I do
now?
If your computer is running Windows XP, then you can
simply 'right-click' on the file and choose 'Extract Here' from the menu
that pops up. If your computer cannot unzip the file, you can get free
software ultility for unzipping by clicking here.
Are there any other programs that I should install to
use with the products I purchase?
On some rare occassions you
will need Winzip and you can get a free Winrzip by clicking here.
Please Note: Once
you have downloaded the Winzip software make sure you select only 'zip'
files to open with Winzip otherwise all your files will change to 'zip'
format.
Most eBooks are in PDF format, you will need Adobe Acrobat
Reader to be able to read the eBook, you can get a free version of Adobe
Reader by clicking

Do all the products come with Sales
Pages?
Unfortunately no, some publishers only offer the
product with Master Resale Rights only, and do not include a sales
page.
I've opened my e-book but the text is all garbled and full of
symbols?
This could be one of two things; either you have not unzipped
(extracted) it yet or you don't yet have the correct reader installed on
your pc.

Basically Master Resale Rights means that once you purchase the
product you have the right to sell the product and keep 100%
profit.

way to create extra income without trying to create your own

normally in MS Document format.
They will create their own eCover, own
website, graphics, add their own affiliate links and even add links to
more products in their collection.
Basic Resale Rights:
This simply means
that once you purchase a product you can use it for yourself and even sell
the product, but your customer receives no rights
whatsoever.
Giveaway Rights:
This basically means you
have the right to giveaway the product for free, for some this may not
seem very lucrative, but for others this is a great way of adding that
'Free Bonuses' to your salespage.
Generally the product will come with
a license and will explain if you can giveaway the product or
not.
Rebranding Rights:
These type of products
are similar the PLR, but you are often restricted as to what you can do
with these products.
Rebranding generally means that you can add your
own affiliate links etc to the eBook or Software title.
Royalty Rights:
Even though that you do have the right to
resell the product, these rights normally mean that you do not get to keep
100% profit, in fact you will have to pay the original author a percentage
or commission for any profits that you make.
Source Code Rights:
These are also highly desirable, but
also fall into the same category as Private Label Rights meaning that you
can add, edit or change the eBook or Software title so that the product
has no flaws before you resell.

Are any refunds available?
