1. GENERAL: All sales are subject to these terms and conditions and no others shall apply. Placing an order on our web site acceptance of our terms and conditions of sale. We reserve the right to make alterations or update our Terms & Conditions as necessary. All alterations will apply as soon as changes are made.

2. PAYMENT: All orders must be pre-paid via paypal method prior to download.

4. COPYRIGHT: The contents of our website are protected by copyright laws. Images and information from the website may only be used by prior agreement with Hypnosis Resell.

5. DELIVERY: All items will be delivered to the email address & resident address given by the Buyer at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered orders when the address information given in incorrect or incomplete. Immediate download link will be sent automatically after payment via ejunkie cart through paypal payment processor. Delivery of physical goods will be sent by recorded delivery to ensure accurate delivery and security of goods.

10. PRODUCT GUARANTEE: Where the Buyer has notified Hypnosis Resell as to a problem with the electronic e-goods Hypnosis Resell will refund payment within 30 days. For physical goods delivery buyer must return the goods within 30 days in original packaging, once received, a refund will be issued minus postage and packaging costs.

11. REFUND REQUEST: Unused Buyer must email via contact us form, include paypal transaction number, name, date of purchase, and reason for refund within 30 days.
